Further UI and SFX improvements and more stats displayed

- Show projectile bounces stat in upgrade menu
- Improved enemy animations
- The Rift Assassin now regenerates (forgot that feature before)
- More and improved UI SFX (maybe too many; will see)
- Pause button in game (top-right; also just use <Esc>)
